Some might have been interesting if they were shorter, and some I didn’t enjoy at all.

I certainly would not compare her to Nora Ephron or David Sedaris!

I’ve been seeing great things about Beads but knew I wouldn’t have time to fit a hard/ecopy in, so I’m happy to know the audio is a good one. I’m a firm believer in never being embarrassed by what you’re reading (or not reading), but I’m happy you’ve found a new area to poke around in. I just finished a great book of essays by Kimberly Harrison, Amateur Hour, but I also need to step up my game in that arena.
