I’ve read more that have to do with people who worked in the Resistance like The Nightingale and Suite Francais.

I’m interested in the spy stuff but not in the fluff parts — so this book doesn’t sound for me. But there are quite a few women spy stories of WWII that I might try. Have you read any good ones?

I just added this to my ever-growing TBR yesterday. I think I’m going to have to read it very soon! Like you, I read lots of WWII fiction but not as much about WWI. I can’t resist books with strong female characters who played such little celebrated but critical roles in the war effort.
