I’m with you on Stranger. It got a bit far-fetched, but not enough for me to put it down.

In reply to Angela. I'm always amazed at just how little I learned in school about WWII. Most of what I know now I've learned from reading historical fiction and a handful of nonfiction books.

The Lost Girls of Paris is on my TBR. I agree, with as much WWII historical fiction I read, I’m glad and surprised when it teaches me something new.

I recently read “Code Name: Lise” (Larry Loftis) which was released this year and is the true story of a French born woman, married to a Brit and living in England who returns to France as a spy. Might give you more of what you were looking for in “The Lost Girls of Paris.”

I too am looking forward to “The Stranger Inside.”

Love the mini review format Susie! I do think I’d like to get ahold of The Stranger Inside on audio. I have The Lost girls of Paris but I haven’t been in the mood for historical fiction lately. That might change when my copy of The Huntress arrives today!
