I finished The Other’s Gold and really liked it. It reminded me a bit of The Interestings.

Very Nice by Marcy Dermansky came in from the library, so I still haven’t started The Nickel Boys. I was considering listening to it, but your comments have me wondering if that’s such a good idea.

I’m curious about The Other’s Gold. I’m listening to the Colson Whitehead book now … and the storytelling seems great …. though my mind has wondered too and I’m wondering why a bit.
