Laila Lalami’s book seems important. Lionel Shriver often has sports in her novels (which I like) - have you noticed? It's a bit too bad about Rufi Thorpe's book but good about Lydia Millet's. I still need to read Dear Fang after liking the TGofCDM (the Girls of Corona Del Mar) ha. But the premise of the recent Thorpe novel (knockout queen) didn't overly lure me so I might pass on it.

Our schools won't reopen this year either. Some non-contact businesses are being allowed to open if plans are in place for social distancing and checking employees health. Our Stay At Home order is set to expire on May 4 but, if nothing retail can be open, I can't see that it will make a difference in my life. Come see my week here.
