I love the concept of hearing footsteps even though no one besindes you and your kids were supposed to be home; sounds very spooky because it’s one of my deepest fears to experience something like this in real life. WE WENT TO THE WOODS seems very fascinating, too. I like the comparison to The Secret History and the catchphrase “a novel about the allure–and dangers–of disconnecting”. Super interesting list!
