I loved it. Somehow I was tipped off to what was going on very early on though I wasn’t sure at first. It was just a strong inkling. By the end, you are certainly rewarded for your patience. People who have been through this will find it very realistic. It was very true to an experience I had recently gone through with my grandmother. I thought this book achieved something very quiet and profound. I’m a little surprised by how many people feel it doesn’t make sense after they’ve read it.

I felt differently about it, but totally get your opinion of Olive Again. Honestly, if there were a third book I'm not sure I'd read it. She's just not a pleasant woman and it gets tiring.

It looks like none of these novels really hit the mark for you- which is good for me, because I can keep them off my TBR list!

You have me intrigued about the Levy book .... and I'm the wait list for it at the library. I think if he is a compelling character then I will probably like it even though it jumps around a bit. We'll see.
