I agree with you on the second half of Since We Fell, but since I was listening to it on audio, the narration was so good it made up for any story flaws.

Sorry to hear that the novel Refuge isn’t all what it was expected to be. I was looking at that one too. I liked the first half of Since We Fell quite a bit but the second half I thought became rather crazy. It seemed like two books/stories in one! I still hope to read Goodbye Vitamin even though you didn’t like it too much. The cult part of Gather the Daughters makes me not want to go there, but perhaps it’s b/c I’m doing a read of Atwood’s Handmaid’s Tale now. Too much dystopia. I need to space them out. thx

Go back through your Read shelf and see if any books are double counted b/c of different editions. Sometimes that happens to me. And occasionally I forget to add something to either my spreadsheet or Goodreads…usually an audiobook.
