Spring Preview 2023

So far, my reading this year has been a bit of a roller coaster. Early in January I read a few books I loved, but then I hit a patch that made me feel I was about to head into a slump. You know that feeling? Then, my February reading really took off with so many books I loved, including several from my Winter Preview. Now it’s time to see if the spring crop of books can keep that streak going. I considered SO MANY for this Spring Preview 2023 and I hope the 20 I settled on will give us all hours and hours of reading pleasure. As an added bonus, while putting this all together I realized that this list includes 11 debuts, hopefully bringing with them much to look forward to in the coming years….

Fall Preview 2022

I can hardly believe it, but this is my last preview for 2022. Where does time go? Well, to be honesty, a good chunk of my time goes to books. This has already been an amazing year in books and I think the fall releases are only going to add to that list. Thanks to debut authors, repeat authors and new-to-me authors, I had a VERY hard time cutting my Fall Preview 2022 down to just twenty books. In fact, I decided to leave off my two most highly anticipated releases of the season. Both Carrie Soto is Back by Taylor Jenkins Reid and The Winners by Fredrik Backman have already been all over the place and I’ve already reviewed both on Instagram, so you can check out my full thoughts there. Summer Preview 2022

I don’t know about you, but I feel like 2022 has been an excellent year for books so far. It started out with a bang and some great winter releases, then into spring where April might have been one of the strongest months for new releases in YEARS! Now as spring is winding down, Memorial Day weekend is upon us, and we’re headed into summer books it’s looking like that good 2022 book juju just might continue. June alone looks insane with incredible sounding books, and July and August aren’t bad either. No matter what you might be doing this summer, you’ll want to keep this Summer Preview 2022 handy, so you can put in library requests, Libby holds, or maybe even splurge on a few new books to read on vacation. Novel Visits ~ Fall Preview 2020

What a year! 2020 isn’t even over yet and it’s already been the most insane year of most of our lives. We still have the entire fall with schools and businesses closed / functioning from homes, possible upticks in cases of COVID-19, plus the entire election season to get through. Will this year ever end?!? I don’t know about you, but one thing that helps me hang onto my sanity is most definitely books. It’s looking like 2020 will be a record year for me in terms of the number of books I’ve read and new fall releases will help further add to my numbers. Today in my Fall Preview 2020 I’m thrilled to be sharing sixteen of the books I’m most looking forward to in the coming months….

Novel Visits Spring Preview 2019 | More

I don’t know about you, but I am SO over winter! Thank goodness spring is officially only five short days away. As down as I am on winter right now, I do have to admit that my reading was pretty darn good. I read four books that will be in the running for my 2019’s Best Books of the Year list, and three of those were featured on my Winter Preview 2019. I hope the books on my Spring Preview 2019 bring me the same sort of reading pleasure. It’s always tough for me to narrow these lists down and that was especially true of April releases, so today I’m sharing a whopping 18 books to read this spring. Enjoy!…

Novel Visits Fall Preview 2018 | More

As much as I adore summer (and I really adore summer), there are still great things to be said about the fall. With back-to-school, Halloween and the other holidays it’s a time of year that really focuses on kids and family. As the days grow shorter and the weather turns bleaker, fall becomes the perfect time of year to work in a little extra reading time. Fall also marks a time of year when we often see incredible new books published, and this year is no exception. So, grab a cup of coffee or tea, snuggle in and peruse some of the books I’m most looking forward to reading this fall.

Novel Visits Winter Preview 2018 | More

Let’s hear it for for 2018 and a whole new crop of books! I couldn’t be more excited about starting a fresh, new year in my reading life. The last few months of 2017 have been a slog, but 2018 is looking good. REALLY good! The list of books I want to read is already huge and I know it will get even bigger as I look at what everyone else has to share. (Thank you, Top Ten Tuesday hosts, The Broke and the Bookish.) In fact, I have so many books I want to talk about that today I’m not including ANY debuts. They’ll get their own preview on December 26th, so check back then for more to love in 2018. And, oh…I have a few more than 10 here!…
